All orders are processed within 2 business days. Your order should be delivered within 5 business days after it is shipped. You will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number. 

We also offer free shipping on all orders over $50. The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout if it is under $50.

As soon as your order ships, you will get an email with the tracking information via email. If you are unable to find this email, please contact us at support@blackandberryliving.com and we will be able to provide your tracking information.

RETURN POLICY AND GUIDELINES

We allow free returns on all products purchased for risk-free buying! Reach out to us via email at support@blackandberryliving.com and tell us why our product did not fit your needs and we will send you a free return label via email. We will then walk you through our refund options. We will respond to your return email request within 2 business days. We will process your refund within one week.
